When I think about where the heart of LOKK Designs really began, I always go back to a moment—standing in the middle of a logistics warehouse, trying to get three departments to talk to each other.

I was the Operations Manager, but no one really understood what that meant. Most assumed I just managed the office. In reality, I was trying to hold the entire company together.

Each department had its own system. Each team had its own priorities. And no one had a full picture of what anyone else was doing.
